1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

NOLWENN GUILBERT, hereinafter referred to as “RESPONSIBLE,” informs the USER that a profile has been created on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and is the data controller for the personal data of the user that is processed on these social networks. This information is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD). Therefore, the following information on data processing is provided:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the RESPONSIBLE, which may include the following actions:

• Process requests and queries made to the RESPONSIBLE
• Inform about activities and events organized by the RESPONSIBLE
• Inform about products or services offered by the RESPONSIBLE
• Interact through the official profiles

Why can we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the RESPONSIBLE’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published there. Therefore, by following our official profiles, the USER gives their consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.

The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure privacy.

The RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes publicly available information from the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be added to a file of the RESPONSIBLE when necessary to process the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: the data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke their consent, as indicated in this privacy policy.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Data sharing: The information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE’s social media platforms, including their personal data, may be published depending on the services the USER uses. Therefore, it may become publicly available to other third-party social media users. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public, view the permissions granted, delete them, or deactivate them, just as with any third-party app they no longer wish to use.

No personal data will be shared with third parties outside the social network, unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed confidentiality agreements and data processor contracts as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights available to the USER: these can only be fulfilled concerning the information under the control of the RESPONSIBLE.

• The right to withdraw consent at any time
  • The right to access, rectify, port, and delete data, as well as limit or oppose its processing
  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with current regulations

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The RESPONSIBLE will perform the following actions:
• Access to the public information on the profile
• Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the RESPONSIBLE’s social media network
• Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels
• Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile

The USER can always control their connections, remove content they no longer wish to see, and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.

3. POSTS

Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the RESPONSIBLE’s social media platform, they will be able to post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. The USER must always be the owner of the posted content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any post on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that offends or may offend morals, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaks intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law, is expressly prohibited.

In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The RESPONSIBLE will not be held liable for content freely posted by a USER.

The USER must keep in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE but will remain on the social network.

 

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE’s social media platforms are prohibited for those under 14 years old. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of their legal guardian or representative is required, with a valid document certifying the representation.

The RESPONSIBLE is expressly relieved of any responsibility arising from the use of social media by minors or people with special needs. The RESPONSIBLE’s social media platforms do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the RESPONSIBLE’s social media platforms, or provide any personal information.
